Woody & Buzz

Woody & Buzz

The two dogs in the first photo are Woody and Buzz! Brothers, only two surviving from the litter (which is why I took them both, it was the original plan. Rescue dogs from Spain. Seven months old. They love each other to bits. Groom each other’s ears and then scrap with the same amount of passion.

They both love a swim in the sea, Woody likes his own poop! Buzz eats seaweed and is a real lover, they have really beautiful eyes, not sure what they are, bit of lab, vet reckons some German wired haired pointer and/or griffin!? I could go on ... but you get the drift.

Woody barks exclusively at men in the park, there are quite a few round Folkestone. They have a friend upstairs called Finn who is too cool for Christmas and ignores them, which drives them nuts. And a neighbour’s dog called Tenchi who will wait for them at the gate squeaking if he’s passing.

Buzz mainly barks at small inferior sized dogs.. I reckon he think he’d be able to have them if push came to shove. But they both like to rumble. They both are keen sniffers, and we rarely return from the beach empty handed; dead dog fish, putrefying crab, kids picnic.

Buzz chased a man with pasty through the coastal park the other day, he wasn’t impressed. They eat anything and everything, maybe because they are rescues, or Spanish and like a diverse tapas type diet or because they are dogs. Acorns, berries, cardboard, celery, bananas, tofu even. Woody snores like a bear.
